Click on the "Edit Your Profile" button at the top of the page.
Click the "Edit Avatar" option to left of page
Select "Use Custom Avatar" option, and load up any picture from your PC.
If you want to include piccies in posts, Click the "Insert Image" button above, paste an image URL into the box, & click OK.
