its like ive always said...to appreciate music fully you need to go back to the originators of where it all began
i couldint agree with you more. and i agree with all other comments above aswell. even when i do listen to rap its generally public enemy and run-dmc. but mabey i feel the way i do because im from a town not a city. and "there's only one good use for a small town, you know you wanna get out"~lou reed. there is generally not much variety of people when you're in a small town and no one wants to be different in a small town not even in the way they think so you end up with majority of people likeing the same thing.
