i dont think it was a surprise that JB won so many awards, but as we all know, awards and #1 hits dont mean you're a 'great' artist.
i think Lady Gaga/Taylor Swift had to win their respective 'best female artist' awards, in this case, both deserved it.
Eminem was always destined to win his two awards,he's the only 'commercial' rapper IMHO who knows how to 'rap', forget 'love the way you lie', its the worst song on 'recovery'.
i always had a bit of a soft'/hard spot for Shakira too,i think shes good.
Michael Buble is good at what he does,dont know who else was nominated, but im glad he won.
