One of the pioneers of electric guitaring.
While Les Paul, Duane Eddy, and Hank Marvin and the like were making lovely sounds with their electrics, Wray seemed to spend his time finding ways to make his sound dirty and scuzzy.
He overdrove his amplifiers, and used fuzz, feedback, reverb, and echo to the max, creating a blueprint for generations of Rock guitarists to come.
The title track is an absolute classic, and this is a pretty good way to spend fifty minutes.
