Listening to the style and the direction
It is based on "Eine Kleine Nachtmusic" I am sure the riff at he end is from that
In around 1970 light classical pastiches were popular and one or two of them did chart
One who did these and had some sort or success with a number called Mozart 40 was
Waldo de los Rios.
Although the above mentioned "40" was with a full orchestra it contained a similar style and slightly stumbling approach to certain musical phrases within the music.
this too seems to have those stumbling phrases and so it could well be by the same artist........
I believe here was an LP which was released in connection with Mozart 40 and guess that this is a track from that album.

Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!
It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )
