Bob Dylan - Desire
&
Leonard Cohen - Dear Heather
Two of "Rock" music's heavyweights. Both have stood the test of time well.
Desire, from the mid-70s is messily beautiful, and is a solid examination of American Roots music.
Dear Heather, recorded some 30 years later than Desire, uses many of the same Rootsy sensibilities, yet sounds utterly 21st-century.
Neither of them can sing.
...but that doesn't matter a jot.
