Well. as Crazy as it sounds, electronic music is probably one of the more complex genres... I´m not talking about House or dance when I say this, although I´m currently grooving it to "This City" by Pezzner, no, I´m talking about the electronic where the rythms gets under your skin and makes your mind drift in three directions at the same time. Its hard to defend electronic music because most people know very little about its production process and the skillset it takes to make it sound good.
The lable "Electronic" is in it self a crude, or somewhat overtaxing word that might make people think of various things at the same time... this is also a source for confusion if you ask me... and probably why I always take care of explaining which electronic music I´m talking about at any given moment.
But never mind. I think this post was mostly to credit the complexity of all electronic music, and make a point of why its difficult to explain it to most people.
