I would say yes and no.
Yes in the sense that as technology make everything easy, there may be less effort to do great. For example, a band like The Beatles or Led Zeppelin as to really play every instrument and sing well all the time as no computer could help. So that needs some kind of "real" work and I think that shows in the music; some kind of "energy" that you can feel.
No in the sense that nowadays, more hidden talent can see the day, so we now have access to many more music and so, more talent because everything in way more accessible. There will always be people who wants to put a lot of energy in creating their music, even if using a computer.
