normally posts with links by new members would get deleted, but you appear to be asking a genuine question,seeking a genuine answer by members....so i will leave it up in order for you to hopefully get the answers you seek!
also, please do not type in other languages other than English as it is possible to abuse/insult other members by doing so...not that i think you are doing that but....just to avoid potential problems, keep it in English,please!
