This is the eleventh studio album by the indie band Of Montreal from Athens,Georgia. Leader Kevin Barnes has produced quite an album here indeed ! This release is very diversified with Brit pop,avant garde, psychedelica and experimental passages.

You can hear smatterings of The Beatles, David Bowie and Prince as well as experimental music on the last two tracks. The track Exorcismic Breeding Knife is a mirror of The Beatles Revolution No.9.

A very good album! Not as critically acclaimed as False Priest from 2010 but stll an excellent outing ! I want to mention that Of Montreal and the monumental group Neutral Milk Hotel were collaborators at one time while recording for Elephant 6 records ! ...it shows as some of NMH's influences appear on this record !
