MH, you... liked "Dirty Work"? You don't sacrifice children, do you?
Anyways, onto an album I downloaded on an utter whim; Break Up Bop by the Domestic Bumblebees
One of those Myspace bands, where you have to wade through the crap to find the gems inside. Believe or not I've discovered loads of awesome music through Myspace; Natural Snow Buildings, Lil B, Peter Stampfel's "Dook of the Beatnicks", Fishtank Ensemble, and now this. It's sort of a throwback-style rockabillyalbum, very much in the vein of it's traditional sound. This aesthetic (if I'm spelling that wrong, feel free to tell me, I won't feel bad) has been sounding a lotbetter to me lately, maybe becasue thr dullness of Spring break is just getting so hard to take that I need something raucous to help my seemingly incureable boredom
