Just wanted to wade in and update my Techno listening of late: I've found Regis and The Surgeon to be really interesting, a very gritty British take on the Detroit sound.
Also, in terms of actual Detroit, Jeff Mills' 'Every Dog Has Its Day' collection and anything by X-10 (a Mills project) to be great; X-10 changes the band name for each release (e.g. the 3rd was X-103 and so on).
Any other good tips?
