Try this for an album title - The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do... the title of Fiona Apple's new album which by the way is remarkable...experimental , poppish, off the wall and fun to listen to.

have two albums by these guys definately,maybe three,not sure...like or love them all, but this is my favourite one...
sounds on some songs like it was recorded in one take on a portable tape recorded,background hiss,noises etc....
sort of thing i think Bob Dylan could have done, very off-beat,kooky with good stories and simple plain acoustics allround...
one of those albums you either love or hate IMO,thankfully i love it...one of the earliest recommendations from Corey way back when....
i love stuff like this that is raw,ragged,warts and all...hell, i have to otherwise i wouldnt like half of what Neil Young has released LOL.
very very good album, was curious as to what allmusic would rate this, but i neednt have worried as they score it 4.5/5 or a converted 2.7 on the MHRS.
