RADIOHEAD "the bends" cd,1995. #4 UK, #23 AU, #88 US.

i still dont get these guys at all...every review i read, every poll i look at has these guys near the top and statements like "best uk band since the beatles" etc etc???
what the heck am i missing here...?
i find them to be rich little upstarts content on singing about poverty,loneliness,depression etc etc...obviuously all the things they know nothing about from first hand experience as its all cliched BS IMO,not from the heart and soul!
i reckon i could could count all the radiohead tracks i like spanning their career on two hands, i think their songs are grossly overrated, Thom yorke is grossly overrated as a writer and singer...these guys have nothing i like!, in fact apart from 'fake plastic trees',which i genuinely like, the rest only just borderline a like score from me!
i aint putting up links here..heard this piece of crap once today, dont want to even hear snippets again!!!!!
