New York City-based Christian rap and hip-hop artist Andy Mineo makes spiritual-themed, often progressive, electronic-influenced hip-hop. Raised
in Syracuse, Mineo began rapping and producing albums in his home studio while still in high school. Originally going by the stage name of C-
Lite, Mineo was signed to Syracuse University's Marshall Street Records and opened for such acts as the Roots and Common. While in college,
Mineo reconnected with his Christian faith via a meeting with producer Alex Medina and the urban evangelism project T.R.U.C.E. Ultimately, Mineo
closed his studio and dedicated his life and career to Christ. He toured with T.R.U.C.E. and in 2009, released his first mixtape, Sin Is Wack,
Vol. 1. In 2011, Mineo signed with Reach Records and dropped the moniker C-Lite in favor of his actual name. That same year, he released his
second mixtape, Formerly Known. In 2013, Mineo returned with his proper full-length studio album, Heroes for Sale.

Fresh off receiving a host of awards for a breakout 2013, Reach Records artist Andy Mineo has kicked off 2014 with a memorable bang. The
Rapzilla Artist/Album of the Year recipient released his new EP "Neverland" last night to an eager audience of anticipating fans. And his
supporters have responded approvingly by placing Mineo at the top of the charts. The EP already is #1 on the iTunes Hip Hop/Rap chart and #2 on
the list of Overall Albums.
This feat is particularly impressive considering the annual explosion of sales for Grammy nominated and winning artists after Sunday night's
ceremony. Andy created high anticipation for the new project by revealing the entire creative process online for the world to see through his
"Saturday Morning Cartunez" series, released every Saturday in the month of January. Considering this high chart position, the EP's title seems
ironically appropriate. It doesn't look like this rising star will be landing any time soon. Congratulations to Andy Mineo and Reach Records for
the continued success!
