Again I ask (to the point of being a pest)--by whose/what standards? Or is it that musical worthiness just doesn't enter into this? A hit is something that hits ME...and if it does, I am to let others know (grab your lapels, if I'm really feeling strongly). Anybody can count; how many can feel? I'm off the soapbox now...
