i agree to an extent...
they,like big businessmen/women, have to be ruthless,arrogant and totally self absorbed in that 'dog eat dog' world...
but they also need to remember that without their fans, and in the case of business tycoons their blue collar workers, they would probably not have gotten where they are...
there are of course exceptions to these rules as i am generalizing....
