Mr. Miller, a Scottish singer, is one true R&R survivor--suffered a brain hemmorhage in '94 and was in a coma for 5 months. Rod Stewart says he's "...the only White singer to bring a tear to his eye...". Bob Seger cites him as a major influence also.
