Steve Harley, of Cockney Rebel fame, born 27 February 1951. He's another one of those artists whose stuff you'll recognise if you hear it, but you might not be able to place him. He's all over the place - interesting guy. He's collaborated with the likes of Rick Wakeman, Mike Batt and Midge Ure and has had a number of other quite fascinating associations.
