Foo Fighters latest album goes straight in at #1 on our album charts this week
the latest effort from Pink Floyd enters the album chart at #3...i really thought it would debut at #1 here, but it was not to be.

The Floyd album does not deserve to be at number 1. It's not very good at all. I am giving away my copy to a mate at work who is also a Floydophile. Maybe he can find something in it he likes. I cannot.

Neil Diamond was on TV during the week and gave a good show. He's at no. 16 in the BBC album chart, but dropping. I noticed The Who Hits 50 is at 15, but there is not much on the album for long term fans.

the new Pink Floyd album debuts at #1 on the New Zealand album charts this week, also...
Foo Fighters go in at #2 which means Taylor Swift drops from #1 to #3 over there with her "1989" album.

the Lorde debut set "pure heroine" still sits pretty in the top30 at #25 over there also after 59 weeks on the chart...and has gone four-x-platinum out there.
