[Big Ears]

Pink Floyd are at number one in the BBC's album chart, while Queen's Forever is at number 3. Rumer is at number 12 with Into Colour. Interestingly, Bohemian Rhapsody is at number 3 in their rock singles chart (after 310 weeks).

Pink Floyd are also at number one in the Official Charts Company chart, while Queen's Forever is a little lower at number 5. Rumer is again at number 12 with Into Colour. BR is again at 3 in their rock and metal (!?) singles chart.

I actually championed Rumer here on MD for a while back around '11ish when she released her debut set, didn't really like her second album all that much though

I liked Boys Don't Cry, but I haven't heard Seasons of My Soul or the collaboration with Burt Bacharach.

Seasons Of My Soul was very good Big Ears, never heard of the Bacharach one....

Elvis Costello did a very good album with Bacharach IMO though.

I think the work with Bacharach was a single or an EP. Bacharach and David certainly wrote some marvellous songs, but the former's family seemed to pay a high price. Fame does strange things to people, although I remember Gary Numan saying he did not believe his own publicity, because he wrote it himself!
