I didn't end up posting the Paul Kelly one, its actually a seven track "ep", about 25 minutes in length, that is not an album IMO!

I would say the same kind of thing about Paul Kelly that I said about Santana: I like his work, I probably like it better than Santana, but the excellent compilation Songs From the South (vols 1 & 2) is probably sufficient for me.

I met him once; he was signing copies of his book "How to Make Gravy" in a Mt Lawley bookstore! I just walked in without knowing, I asked someone what was all the hubbub at the other end of the store, and why was there a queue, and that was the reason.

I love his early albums a lot, say the first half dozen, his other albums are now bad, but yes,
"songs from the south" is one of the best compilation albums I own.
ive seen him in concert a couple of times, quality artist live.
most recent, saw him at Kings Park with Neil Finn, each voice compliments the other almost perfectly, just like Tim and Neil used to.
