Is YouTube views are important to you?

Hello. Do you think that YouTube Views show the real popularity of particular music video? Do you follow how much views have any song?

My thoughts exactly - they have no value. And in any case just by logging onto a particular YT page might get you another 'like' but who knows if anyone actually looked at or listened to the content?

In my opinion, serious music companies should not paid for views, because they earn money through ads.

I've just made a new channel so back to no views.

I don't care about not getting views. If i do get views then great.

It is important for growth though as YouTube takes the amount of views, subs, likes etc into account for ranking.

Buying views is retarded and it's easy to spot.
