How Have They Not Gone Mainstream Yet?...
#1
Hey guys I'd like to share a group with you that I think deserves so much more popularity as they have their own style and rhythm. Right now they're more underground. They come out with new music very frequently. Also I have a Youtube channel where I make best of mixes for artists that I really enjoy listening to. Enjoy.

The reason they have not gone mainstream is they are completely crap. More of the same old contrived junk we hear every single day. Talent required to produce this rubbish? Zero!

i'd rather they stay "underground"....
and to help them do so I am taking up a collection to buy one of these to keep them there!

Guess its not your guys styles. But yall don't even sound like real rap fans, more rock, which i love too. But my point is why would you guys care to listen to it if you know it's not your cup of tea?

I listen to ALL genres of music because occasionally I find something from a genre I normally wouldn't listen to that I like(rap and metal mainly)...

I also listen to artists I don't like on the whole because its possible to like an album from an artist you don't like....I guess its the music I listen to, not the artist.

a couple of examples over the last couple of years are:

I cant stand Bieber or Miley, but I love their respective tracks "love yourself" and "wrecking ball", and I I refused to listen to them
because of who they are I would have missed those two great tracks....

I always say: that to appreciate music fully you need to listen to everything you can(others may disagree, but that's me).

I also try to listen to one album online, mainly Spotify, every week, I usually try to pick an artist ive never heard of just for curiosity value....

this year I discovered several artists with back catalogues i'd not heard of and ended up buying their album release rom 2015...
those artists are:

Nathaniel Rateliff
The Sword
Blackberry Smoke
Eagles Of Death Metal
Stratovarious
Leaves' Eyes
Shane Nicholson

my collection would be boring if I only ever purchased or listened to artists I love so im always on the look out for 'something new'....!

I don't really understand your view but from what I did understand, I think if you looked more into these guys, you would probably dig them. But from what you said how you don't like metal or rap, I would find that more challenging than the usual person because they're a little bit of a combo of that except not so much metal. Don't get me wrong is dislike metal too but these guys are ane exception for me. I've only heard like 2 songs with them using some scremo but its only for a little section of the song. Maybe you just need some maryjane to kickback and listen to them also :music:

Nothing sounds any special to make them talents. Not at least to me. I perceive music as a work of art and regardless of the genre. It's a story that I choose to believe or not. Therefore, I welcome any genre but I, of course, am attracted to specific ones like everyone else. To tell you the truth, here, apart from everything else, I'm hearing some terribly-detuned sounds that are quite disturbing, too. Or Maybe it's just my ears.

Yes indeed lol. They're a very interesting group. They reference a lot of satanic messages but in this interview they said that money, government, and woman are all evil and they represent the devil. One of them actually has a 9-5 job on the side so they're far from success but they're dedicated to prosper as they make music rapidly. Its surprising to me honestly how nobody has said they like them yet because I know a lot of people who do lol. But I do think Oddy Nuff, one of the members, has a good chance at success because he has a really nice flow and his lyrics can be fye as ****.
