RIP Colin Vearncombe, aka Black. He died on 26 Jan as the result of injuries from a car crash. He was 53. It is a wonderful life, and a shame his own was cut short ...

that Wonderful Life song is a classic IMO,
I have that one on 7" vinyl rom back in the day.
as for Kantner...
I only have Jefferson Airplane's "surrealistic pillow" album...an absolute classic psychaedlic album(but its not all psychedelic, theres some genuine rock on it also)
Glenn Campbell could possibly join the Gods in Heaven this year as could AC/DC's Malcom Young, both have Alzheimer's Disease and both have deteriorated
rapidly.

LOL...
Keith has already had more lives than a cat I suspect.
Chuck Berry still plays one gig a month in St.Louis at age 87
Both Little Richard and Fats Domino are also well in their 80s now also,
As is Jerry Lee Lewis....
R+R will be dead when those guys go....!

Mr. Maurice White has gone on, at age 74 from a terrible affliction, Parkinson's Disease. Simply put, modern Black music would not be the same without his talents.
