^Yes - that's the one. Another legend gone. Must be getting awfully busy elsewhere!!
The balance of talent left as opposed to talent gone is becoming quite precarious. Ok, he was not a great singer, but he had the words. R.I.P. to the silver tongued devil.

ADRIAN LOOS
aged: 74
cause: peacefully in his sleep
you guys have never heard of him but Adrian was a good friend of mine.
i met him in 1983 and played cricket alongside him for a couple of years.
i used to buy a hell of a lot of cds from him and he always gave me some sort of discount,
his little indi store survived all of the highs and lows and managed to still thrive in the present day.
if the major chains didnt stock an album i always knew that Adrian would be able to find it somehow, he was more recently my "go to man for hard to find albums"
last time i saw him was two weeks ago at his record shop when i wanted a stylus for my record player, which alas he did not have in stock. we discussed the upcoming cricket season and were both looking forward to seeing the Indian Cricket Team in action in Australia this upcoming summer.
his life story and record industry biography which is quite interesting:

RIP Adrian, you are sorely missed already.

Sorry for your loss CH. So hard to reconcile the gaping holes that are left in our lives.
