So...
Jay Z is headlining at Glastonbury this year.
Ticket sales are struggling, and there are complaints that rap doesn't fit with the Glastonbury spirit.
Is this a poor choice of headliner, or are Glastonbury trying to move with the times ??

I recorded Jay-Zs set from the BBC coverage last night, and watched it this morning.
Hip Hop's not really my bag, but I thought he was OK, and the crowd seemed to love it.
Noel Gallagher from Oasis has been criticising the idea of getting him to headline, so opening his set with Wonderwall was a masterstroke !!

I'm not a fan of Jay-Z, but I can support anybody who makes a member of Oasis look stupid.

^ Probably not too difficult.
Having said that, I think their first couple of albums are cracking !!

Jay-Z mocking Oasis by singing Wonderwall was pretty funny. I've never really understood the major hype around the guy, but it's good to see he's got a good sense of humour.
