I started to read the theory death of Kurt Cobain. it was said he was killed and made it look like a suicide. Sounds interesting and although i'm not American citizen, and i know stating our own opinion towards Cobain's death in different ways doesn't solve anything but I only know 1 thing that Kurt was indeed, really killed himself....I can't tell you why but I would like to read his theory once again...

As tragic as John Lennon's and Elvis Presley's deaths were they had had long careers in which to contribution to the musical expasion of my mind.
The deaths of folks like Kurt Cobain , Eva Cassidy, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, Shawn Lane, Chuck Shuldiner, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eddie Cochran, Bobby Fuller, Duane Allman, Frankie Lymon, 2Pac, Otis Redding, Nick Drake, Gram Parsons, Robert Johnson, Jim Morrison, Jay Reatard, ect, ect, ect..... while probably not meeting the "the biggest music death" criteria, have deprived the world of great lyrics, turn of a pharse on a cover song, wonderful guitars riffs and great drum solos, not to mention voices that make you cry and laugh.

I have to agree on one front If you die young then you don't have the chance to tarnish your image ............
However perhaps this thread can be turned around.................those who do not die young in rock music and choose to go one having a long career might qualify for this thread The Biggest music non-death. I think it is much easier to burn bright and fast as star and send out a lot of light quickly so to speak BUT If you manage to get to a high point and and go on for most of your natural life, then perhaps you have got to be congratulated and looked up to. So what would he 70 year old Elvis be doing now ...........? Oh yeah! Jim Morrison on cheap chat shows............. The Jimi Hendrix; play sixties hits on the guitar volume 25............... Sometimes its a great career move death..............it covers the weak points so well! :nod::nod:
