Spike Jones' version of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer...not exactly a comedy song, per se, but his version is the sweetest, most lovable of all the myriad ones out there.
Oh, and Bernard Cribbins' Right said Fred is a cracker, too.

Cribbins released several comedy songs and they're available on CD. For an actor, he wasn't a bad singer!!
