For me it's The Ramones - Loco Live. Every time I hear it I get that same feeling of excitement that I did when I saw them play. I love, love, love it! Although I had the album before I ever saw them live and I think it's the album that really got me hooked on them.

Living in Grassington was recorded deep in the Yorkshire dales, which is where the heart and soul of Magna Carta's music comes from..........
The band are in good form and the extra guest stars fit in well .
Chris and Linda Simpson play tightly together and the songs have the magic that they contain fully revealed.
Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!
It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )

May not be my absolute favourite, but the following springs to mind:
Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Weld
A feast of brilliant NY songs, most given a raucous, distorted-guitar makeover and emerging none the worse for it.
The atmosphere captured is palpable, and this to me is what live music needs to deliver...

Irish Tour - Rory Gallagher
In my opinion the most intense performer ever. Listening to him and his band (or better yet watching) live is mind blowing.
