My own copy on shiny silver disc.
Much better in glorious hi-fi technicolor...
Late-'60s Blues-laced Rock.
In comparison with Trout Mask Replica, this is entirely un-weird. The music is pretty straightforward, and the unhingedness only really manifests itself in the Captain's voice & lyrics.
Very enjoyable album.
AllMusic 5/5 stars.

Their 4th from 1993.
Following Crazy-Horse's recent Beginner's Guide, and some further comment about this album, decided to give it a spin.
Have to say it didn't particularly excite me. Initial impressions would suggest that this isn't in the same league as Temple of Low Men, or Woodface.
Might need to return to this one...
AllMusic 3/5 stars.

^ I thought the exact same thing first time I heard it. It's definitely a grower, took me four of five tries to fully get into

2-disc live offering, from 2011.
Joan started out as a singer-songwriter, and has dabbled with Jazz, Blues, and increasingly Rock music. The album features material from throughout her lengthy career, and is of a uniformly high quality.
Joan plays all the guitar here, and she's becoming pretty accomplished.
JA is one of Mrs Tiggi's favourite artists, so I've just ordered her a copy...

1968 debut from UK Psychedelicist.
The single from this album -
Fire - still gets radio play in the UK, so I thought it would be interesting to check the original album out.
Standard UK Psychedelia, very keyboard driven music. AB's vocals frequently sound like Ian Gillan of Deep Purple fame.
Enjoyable listen. Onto the Buy List.
AllMusic 4+/5 stars.

Live album from 1974.
I have a few holes in my Lou Reed section, so will be checking out some of the gaps.
Didn't think I really needed any more live Lou, but this is too good not to make the Buy List. Split between Velvets classics, and Lou's solo stuff (as are most of his live releases), this might actually be the live album to go for.
Excellent.
AllMusic 4/5 stars.

I've had and enjoyed Green River for awhile now, and this album is turning out to be even better. Fogerty was really an awesome dude

1970 debut from UK underground Rock band.
I had a copy of this years ago, and thought it might be worth revisiting. It's not really...
Psychedelia of a Hippie stoner variety. Some good stuff on here, but not enough to warrant a purchase.
No Buy List place for this.
AllMusic 3+/5 stars.
