SteveO Wrote:Ditto for all the Black Cover albums....ACDC - Back in Black and Metallica - Black...real imagination there ...lol
now i have got to take you to task on your post SteveO.....AG/DC's "back in black" cover was a sombre reminder that Bon Scott had died shortly before the album was recorded...thus the 'black' means mourning the loss of... the same goes for the tolling bells at the start of the opening track....its all for Bon
such was the impact on AC/DC by Scott that the Young brothers still to this day, include his mother as part of the band and she recieves equal royalties as the other band members on all recordings made since his passing and a share in live performance/dvd etc royalties

^ She's not one of the Indiana Jacksons.
Millie is a gifted Soul singer, who made some bad decisions about taste, and got bogged down (Scuse pun...) in outrageousness.
Check out her brace of albums Caught Up, and Still Caught Up, from the '70s to hear her at her best.

No worries.
I'd still maintain that anyone with half an hear for quality Soul music needs to check out Millie J...

I can't believe a record company would approve a disgusting cover like that ??????
I am in no way a prude but this is really gross !
She certainly made a bad decison about taste on this one !!!!!
having said that, Millie is a very good singer,,,,,,,, mile:

I did not mean any conscience or intentional disrespect to Bon ! I fogot its' intent so I'll rephrase that to the Black Metallica cover only !!!!!,,, not much of a Metallica fan I'm afraid ...don't like the vocal.
Also what a beautiful jesture by the Youngs !!!!
Thanks for this awakening, CH !!!
