Jean Michel Jarre - Chronologie/Metamorphoses. Like both of these a lot.

Another great recommendation from Tiggi..with mucho thanks !!!! They call this genre - Dubstep....crazy, wild, avant garde, smooth, dark, high energy rock, vocalese and vocals (song Tryin' to Get Back to Yesterday is infectious !....it's all here !!! What a masterful piece of music by William Bevan, the Londoner behind Burial.
If this is standard for dubstep...I'm hooked. Exciting music that tantalises your mind ! up next.....Archive - Londinium......can't wait !

i-Pod listening in the garden this PM. Debut album from Norwegian Electronica duo, from 2001. Trip-Hop from the genre's golden era. Chilled beats, and some gorgeous synthetic music. Just the thing for lazing in the sun !! AllMusic 4+/5 stars.

i-Pod listening in the garden this AM. A compilation of Dance Music, from when club culture spilled over into the mainstream in the UK, around 1990. This stuff soundtracked Miss Tiggi's mid-teens, so it was always resounding around the house. Broke down my natural resistance to Dance Music, so I have much to be grateful for. Good to hear some of this House, Rave, and other Dance Music again. Not scored by AllMusic.

Holiday i-Pod listening. All is bonkers in the highly original musical world of this fab Icelandic singer. Her new one has just popped through the door, so that'll be up for a spin soon as well. AllMusic 4/5 stars.

Holiday i-Pod listening. Uber druggy Psy-Trance from the UK's Simon Posford. This works well with hot weather also, despite being way more energetic than the above... AllMusic 3/5 stars.
