sorry you werent too keen on this one MH!!! but im sure you'll appreciate their original material a bit more, for the most part they do owe a lot to Van "the man" Morrison....
and to be honest i have personally not heard this album apart from the singles from it..

VOYAGER - I Am the Revolution (2009)
Voyager is a five member progressive rock band hailing from none other than Perth, Australia , home of our esteemed MD member CRAZY-HORSE !
A diverse range of music with a fabulous singing voice from Daniel Estrin dominate this album !
Great melodic hard rock with tinges of folk music make this album well worth the listen. The Devil in Me, the title track, Total Existence Failure and In My Arms are highlights however I found that there really wasn't a bad song on the album !
My rating - 4/5
The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

Corey might know better than I, mate ! I think they have 4 albums out and won the West Australia Music Awards and also accolades for their song "Total Existence Failure " from the I am the Revolution album ! I thought their sound was fresh and unique for me!
Their latest release from this year - The Meaning of I is the one I am trying to get ! I'd recommend that one to you as it has received good reviews and shows up in the top 5 of some album polls!

ALESTORM - Back Through Time (2011)
Alestorm is a hard rock/folk band from Perth, Scotland who specialize in putting sea shanties, bucanneer songs and drinking songs to heavier music. The group is fun to listen to and very upbeat !
This album features the pirate's song Barrett's Privateers, a Stan Rogers cover, reciting the Halifax Pier, which is across the harbour from where I live !
Good fun time album,,very enjoyable to listen to !
My Rating 4/5

Yes Evil, I was pleasantly surprised ! One of those unexpected finds at the local CD shop. I think their latest - The Meaning of I - would be worth getting also ! They have a very vocal perfect sound with harsher vocals interspersed from time to time !

Very odd progressive rock album. Quite good, very much worth the time of somebody looking for new, interesting music
