Deadbeat Darling?

So the other day I stumble upon an article, well it happened to be more of a short list of seductive songs, but that is not important. What is important is the first song on the list is a song called "Surf India" by a band named Deadbeat Darling. I had never heard of this band before and gave the song a listen. At first I thought, hey I think I like this, but I was not totally sure, it was a bit odd... especially the video. But I listened again, and by the end of round two I was quite smitten with it. There is something about it. Something intriguing.

What do you think?
Has anyone heard of them before?

The video is pretty campy, but the music is undeniably amazing. I have known this band for a long time - I was at their first show, and actually just saw them last night. I highly highly highly recommend checking out their live show. They're currently on tour (see www.deadbeatdarling.com for dates)

never heard of them...but i really like that song you put up PennyLane, thanks!!!!!

i went to allmusic.com to seek info on these guys, but there is no 'bio' just a couple of albums in their discography
