A coincidence that you are posting this thread as I have been browsing this topic all last week! I looked for albums and one that came up was The Gaslight Anthem's Handwritten album ! I agree! My wife and I enjoy this album and it's rare that we both like the same artist!..lol..Elton John is one that we both like!
I still get a lot of inspiration or a good feeling listening to Beatle songs, none in particular, mostly the whole shabang!

I guess what is inspirational to one person might not be so to another. Ive seen different list of inspirational songs over time, songs like Eye Of The Tiger, We Are The Champions, etc. Older songs like What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, and so on.
Here are a few personal songs I believe to be inspiring to me anyway. (of course some are so overplayed) I don't listen to them much anymore.
