![]() ROGER WATERS "radio kaos" cd,1987. Music Head did this one a month or so ago... the comments are about the same....'good album but could have done without the jibberish between the tracks.all of which make this a concept album' nothing on here i do not like...we both agree on there only being one great track on it...the brilliant "the tide is turning"... however we disagree on the worst track, MH's is "home", he dislikes this one, i like it,was unlucky IMO not to get a love score...,my worst track is "who needs information",which we both like... all up not a bad album but im left feeling that Waters is still caught between his Pink Floyd sounds whilst trying to move on to a 'new' sound, and he is not quite there... I LIKE THIS ALBUM worst track: who needs information best track: the tide is turning tracks: 1. radio waves ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVbjKOQenyc video 2. who needs information ** 3. me or him ** 4. the powers that be ** 5. sunset strip ** 6. home ** 7. four minutes ** 8. the tide is turning *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YisPgRoSsRA live 3s=1 2s=7 1s=0 rating: 2.0 (MH gave this one 1.9 and allmusic 2.1)

I have and enjoy this album! Waters in my opinion, is somewhat of a musical genius of sorts!!!!!...The Final Cut is reminiscent in some ways.

![]() COLDPLAY "a rush of blood to the head" cd,2002. i put this one in 'rock' rather than 'alt' because they are bonafide stadium rockers now.... the three massive worldwide hits(god put a smile, scientist, clocks) are all on here so, like them, like the album, simple as that... just a bit surprised that this one didnt score higher, was always pretty confident this was my favourite Coldplay album when asked by anyone, maybe it still is, maybe it is their most consistant album, anyway, love the lyrics, the vocals, the whole sound of it,not that im an expert on album production but this one seems to have been recorded superbly IMO I LIKE THIS ALBUM worst track: politik best track: the scientist tracks: 1. politik * 2. in my place ** 3. God put a smile on your face *** 4. the scientist *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqWLpTKBFcU video 5. clocks *** 6. daylight ** 7. green eyes *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyOviRr45-0 video 8. warning sign ** 9. a whisper ** 10.a rush of blood to the head ** 11.amsterdam ** 3s=3 2s=7 1s=1 rating: 2.2 or 6.5/10

CRAZY-HORSE Wrote: There is always something unique about a Roger Waters production, even if the music isn't quite up to scratch. I actually quite like this album but I have to admit the 'concept' is bizarre and very patchy to say the least. Cover is brilliant. Morse code of the track titles. Just like Floyd's braille on the spine of TDB. An inventive lot. .-.l---l--.l.l.-. = roger (and so on....)

theres not many artists who:
1)are inventive 2)are intelligent 3)think outside the square Roger Waters(pink floyd) do that constantly, so i give credit where credit is due even though im not a huge fan

![]() LITTLE RICHARD "the very best of..." cd,2008. if the 'big bang' was Sun Records and on the first day He created Elvis Presley, then on the second day He created Chuck Berry,Fats Domino and Little Richard before lunchtime and Buddy Holly after lunch... this stuff is R+R/R+B at its sexiest, raunchiest, most lethal IMO, they say Jerry Lee 'the killer' Lewis knew how to tinkle the ivories at breakneck speed, well, Little Richard is better IMO, he wrote and sung some of the greatest rock songs from the 1950s, and its pretty hard not to use the term 'rock and roll' without mentioning 'long tall sally', 'lucille', 'good golly miss molly' and 'rip it up' in the same breath...this guy was Mr.Rock'n'Roll IMO,until he turned his back on it all whilst in Australia in the mid 1960s, he threw all his 'bling' into the Sydney Harbour and vowed to "leave it all behind and serve the Lord"...he did, he became a minister and there he remained for several decades, only coming out on rare occasions to re-live the old glory days of rock And Roll... not sure how old he is now(probably around 78ish i guess) and last year he toured the US with fellow 1950s rock survivor Fats Domino..."hey hey,my my,rock and roll will never die!" oh yeh, as a footnote.... was watching a McCartney interview some years ago, he said the Beatles met LR in the States when they toured there,Macca asked him how he gets his voice to high when he does those "oooo!" sounds, Richard's reply was...."i 'll show you how to go "oooo!" if you come back to my motel room" LOL,it was then The Beatles realised he was Gay LMAO!!!!! I LOVE THIS ALBUM worst track: whole lotta shakin' going on best track: long tall sally tracks: 1. tutti fruitti *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7pjP_XkK4U live 2. long tall sally *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqxNSvFMkag live 3. good golly miss molly *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQ7drIDV88w live at Ali's 50th birthday 4. slippin' and slidin' ** 5. rip it up *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REYiLcTrrG8 live 6. ready teddy *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HksYXbyPKk live 7. heeby-jeebies ** 8. she's got it ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp43uumF0QY audio 9. the girl cant help it *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTxZqAmaVeA audio 10.all around the world ** 11.lucille *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3-OaNevkfg live 12.send me some lovin' *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3CfKe0Xan4 live 13.jenny jenny *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK9x0oQ-Nlg live 14.miss ann *** 15.keep-a-knockin' ** 16.ooh! my soul *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcSlx9k4wBo audio 17.true fine mama ** 18.baby face ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pevS-Uo9qWM audio 19.kansas city/hey hey hey *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8YiUS1SSfk audio 20.by the light of the silvery moon ** 21.bama lama bama loo *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yA8Vliabuk live 22.whole lotta shakin' goin' on ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bEmJW2sOUs live 3s=13 2s=9 1s=0 rating: 2.6

![]() I hope I gave up after this one. They had a pretty good album with their third in 1978, Hearts Of Stone. This is their seventh and is pretty bad. They took on Nie Rodgers as producer after he brought Bowie back with Let's Dance. It didn't work for them as this one topped out at #154 here. Hailing from the Jersey Shore and Springsteen was an early supporter, He probably bailed before this one. They tried some soul/funk stuff on this and it's proof that white boys can't funk. Three tracks are ok and the rest is crap. Worst is a cover of a Rascals song. Can't believe the group had an album in 2010. They must know somebody. I DO NOT LIKE THIS ALBUM Worst Track - Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore Best Track - Get Your Body On The Job 1) Trash It Up * video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RftWwSVV-aw 2) Can't Stop Thinking Of You ** audio - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nHw-GOABWs 3) Get Your Body On The Job ** audio - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfwwPVgd6eg 4) My Baby's Touch * 5) The Beast Within * 6) Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore * 7) Slow Burn * 8) Ms. Park Avenue * 9) Bedtime ** 3's - 0 2's - 3 1's - 6 Grade - 1.3 allmusic - 1.3
