What in the hell is with today's music !!!!!????? I remember in the late sixties I could listen to the Top 40 singles radio countdown and I wanted to buy all 40 45s !!!!..lol...Perhaps everything has already been done in the rock pop folk world and everything else is fodder.
The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

First time was when I drove forward over the disc. Second time was when I reversed back over the disc. Third time was when I drove forward over the disc again. Fourth time was when I reversed over the disc again. Fifth time was........ Crunchy Granola Sweet. Simply put, I have no time for 'artists' that resort to explicit lyrics just to be fashionable & hip. To me it just makes them sound dumb.

Jerome, it's just that every time I listen to something new the majority of the time it doesn't stay with me or impress me that much !
At least Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift have the talent to write fresh melodic songs ala late sixties ! At this point in time, I only get real enjoyment from Beatle music, and good live recordings and DVDs ! I can't afford to globetrot chasing live concerts...lol..that's what I'd do if I were rich !
