Music with Disabled Children

Hi.
Iâve been working with kids who have disabilities and I had been reading that there are different music techniques that will help them. Any suggestions?

Do you work with them all at the same time or individually? Because if you work with them in a small group, you can probably use different music techniques to improve social interactions. Like, if you have a small drum or an instrument that would be easy for everyone to play and pass around, you can have them practice taking turns, listening to each other, or practice sharing or imitating each others rhythmic ideas.
