i have tried to find a clue on this artist but to no avail, so what i am doing is simply giving the answer to this one as no-one is going to guess it in a million years...
the answer is CHAKRADIVA...
they toured with Kylie Minogue back around 2000, released one solitary album, it failed to sell even on the back of supporting a huge artist like Kylie...
