Elevator music has gotten so hip these days...Or did I hear this at the dentist's office? Point is, this and a few other genres are designed to not be heard or remembered, but felt. Homey don't play dat. You want to motivate folks? Pay them more and/or give'm better working conditions, a full work-week, etc., and leave the psychological trickery in the laboratory, or as a backing track to a movie I promise not to see.
