Music for my short film

I am directing a short film and I need a music for it.
I am looking something in the same style as :

Something acoustic, soft, with no lyrics. It will be a music played behind a voice over narration.
Actually I need to songs, one a little discret, like

And one more "joyfull" like :
soundcloud.com/drschroeder/of_all_the_ways

And it's better if it comes from an indy artist, not really known, since I need to ask for the right to use the songs !
