^^^ My most favorite clip of Vince is this one. I love the beginning when we hear him say, "Would you sing a song for us, buddy?"

DANIEL JOHNS (44)
lead vocals/guitar for Aussie grunge band Silverchair.
he was 12 when he formed the band with two other school friends and 15 when they released their debut album...
after four albums and at the tender age of just 21 he disbanded Silverchair and went on to marry Aussie female singer Natalie Imbruglia.
Silverchair ultimately reformed and released one more album and Johns has released two solo albums and several collaborative albums.
i dont own much of his work but i do like what he releases:

SIMON FOWLER (58)
lead vocals for Britpop band Ocean Colour Scene
And if I could hold you
Where would you belong
Sitting here to reason
How the world's gone wrong
And if I could listen
To half the words you say
Would your pathway glisten
And help you on your way.
Oh you've got it bad
But you never should expect cover
Oh you've got it so bad
Worse than any other.
If I was in your shoes
Would it be the same
Would you sit in silence
While I dish out the blame
And if the world was laughing
Would you close your ears
There is no creed of chanting
To make the world more clear.
Oh you've got it bad...
If I brought you flowers
Would you watch them grow
Spring time is for certain
To follow on the snow
And if I could hold you
Where would you belong
Sitting here to reason
On how the worlds gone wrong.
Oh you've got it bad....

Kevin Keller was born on this day in 1967, in San Diego, California, USA. He is a composer, and his field is ambient chamber music / contemporary classical. I’m happy to report that what he does is not wifty wafty sonic wallpaper – there is meat on the bones. I listened to an album titled
The Day I Met Myself which could be described as a musical path through life, I guess. He composes for choreographers – seems to do quite a bit of that, and studied film scoring so there is a cinematic element to his work – his inspirations have mostly been Tangerine Dream, Brian Eno, Harold Budd and Claude Debussy. Hmmm - a new find for me - I think I quite like!

Pilfered from his YouTube chanel ... https://www.youtube.com/@kevinkellermusic/about
"In pursuit of the deeper meanings behind everyday phenomena, composer Kevin Keller has created a unique body of original work that brings together acoustic and electronic instruments in a profoundly personal style. Tapping an eclectic array of contemporary musical and literary inspirations, Keller's music transcends its influences and invites the listener into an unfolding adventure of self-discovery."
