Stone Foundation "street rituals"
sixth album from these UK "blue eyed soul boys"...
first album ive heard by them...
influences include Dexy's Midnight Runners, Style Council to name a couple...
songs are very much in that 1980s UK soul/pop sound also...
guest appearances on here with Bettye Lavette (US soul artist), legendary
US soul/r+b singer William Bell and Paul Weller...
Weller also produced the album...
nothing bad on here, just a nice album to listen to overall
from the album, the lead off single (a jazzy feel on this one)
--don't let Paul Weller put you off listening to this one--
