I have been finding myself listening to a lot more dubstep/house music, mainly because of the people I hang out with listen to it. I am curious to see what you guys would recommend that I check out. Thanks!

House is a bit of a diverse field, so it's not so easy to recommend anything...

check out com truise and Gold panda, they do a good range of eclectic electronic music, ranging from dub/house to experimental. great sounds.

The early Skream stuff is good, as is Benga and Kode 9. Burial = always, he's a superb example of the grittier end of the genre.

As for dubstep/house, you should look toward things like UK Funky, which is a mix of dubstep and house (broadly speaking) or the recent work of Untold, which is much more House orientated, but rooted in Dubstep methodology/theory.
