In search of a Soul/RnB-song mentioning some weekdays?

For a week ago I was at a bar, where I heard a great soul/RnB-song. Since then, the song has been very difficult to get out of my head. But the problem is that I don't know its' title and that I only remember small fragments of it (blame it one the beers!). Firstly, the singer is a female, and moreover the sound of the song tells me that the it is from the 1960's or the 1970's. Secondly, I very loosely remember some lines of the lyrics: "Tuesday I love You, Friday I..." Thats all! And I'm not even sure that it is the right weekday. So someone, please help me! I know it might be very difficult if not impossible to help, but maybe, just maybe, these insufficient descriptions would make a bell ring to some soul-aficionado
