It's all down to copyright laws and the control of those laws in different countries. An extemely complicated subject.

yeh i get that Jerome, but i would still be able to purchase it on amazon.com if i chose to do so...so why could i do that yet not listen to it, thats the confusing part for me???
does that mean there are differnet laws governing the right to listen to something as opposed to buying it????
