Brandi Wells (an underrated R&B vocalist from the '80s)

She had a couple of chart hits during the early '80s, like "Watch Out" and "When It's Love." Although she passed on in 2003, her recordings continue to be some of my favorites of the time. ("Fantasy" is a quiet-storm favorite.)
