RE: Best (non musical) Film Soundtrack - Jerome - 20-09-2019 One which will probably go largely unnoticed but is superb IMO is the soundtrack to 'First Man' - the story of Apollo11. Not just the music itself but how it cuts in and out at critical moments in the film. Also the use of certain instruments which were starting to become noticed during that time period, like the Theremin for example. A brilliant piece of work and an awesome film to go with it. Must find out who composed it. Composer was Justin Hurwitz. Magnificent work by this man.
