RIP Toots Thielemans - Ruby - 23-08-2016 The legendary Toots Thielemans has passed away – may he rest in peace. He officially retired from performing at 92 and died yesterday aged 94. Known especially for his harmonica playing and whistling – hence the ‘Toots’ (presumably!). Here’s his Wiki – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toots_Thielemans There must be hundreds upon hundreds of credits to his name (including on Jelly Bowl's An Innocent Man) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHpIC4Kk0MU From his album Chez Toots - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T8wyBqBN9k And he plays on the soundtrack to one of my favourite movies –
